What the system had to solve
Institutional evaluation requires more than a form. The platform connects employees, positions, profiles, competencies, questionnaires, answers, interpretation rules, and results so administrators can run repeatable assessment programs and collaborators can complete evaluations with a clear workflow.

Module structure
Define competencies, categories, profiles, required levels, positions, sections, questions, and response options as reusable institutional structures.
Configure assessment periods, assign evaluations to positions and collaborators, and manage the lifecycle of active and incomplete evaluations.
Deliver sectioned questionnaires, persist answers, support incomplete sessions, and provide a controlled path to completion and submission.
Calculate points and percentiles, apply interpretation rules, and relate outcomes to competency levels and organizational profiles.
Generate downloadable result documents and comprobantes that make the evaluation outcome easier to communicate and preserve.
Manage users, roles, configuration, email settings, notification rules, calendars, dashboards, and support workflows.
Engineering improvements
The system turns a complex people process into a repeatable workflow with versioned competency structures, relational evaluation data, controlled permissions, incomplete-session handling, result interpretation, and reporting. The migration history also provides a record of how the assessment model evolved as institutional requirements became more precise.
This project demonstrates the ability to model a high-context institutional process: translating competency methodology into configurable software, protecting personal evaluation data, and producing results that can be understood by both administrators and collaborators.
Institutional context
The platform was built for the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen (UNACAR), a public university in Campeche, Mexico, and is available through its dedicated evaluation service.
